Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NotifyPro. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and NotifyPro Nigeria Ltd ("NotifyPro"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business. By registering, you confirm this.
You agree not to use NotifyPro to:
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Your API keys are confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys. Do not expose them in public repositories or client-side code. Notify us immediately at support@notifypro.ng if you suspect a key has been compromised.
We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, network issues, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
All platform content, logos, and code are the property of NotifyPro Nigeria Ltd. You retain ownership of the content and contact data you upload.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.
NotifyPro's liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
